THEO

I’m Theo, a UGC creator based in Australia making short-form video and photo content for brands.

I’m a Sport & Recreation graduate, former professional rugby player for Manu Samoa, and project manager — so I’m used to adapting, taking direction and getting the job done.

I bring that same mindset to content creation, combining a natural on-camera style with a polished, brand-focused approach. Whether it’s fitness, lifestyle, sport, fashion or something completely new, I’m always up for a challenge and finding a way to make the content feel authentic.
